Chiara Ghilardi

Chiara Ghilardi is an experienced professional with a background in language teaching and customer care. Since November 2017, Chiara has been a volunteer teacher of the Italian language at Cooperativa Impresa Sociale Ruah, focusing on levels 1A and PreAlf. Simultaneously, Chiara has provided customer care services, including inbound, outbound, and back-office support, at Centax Telecom since January 2014. Previously, in 2010, Chiara worked as a sales associate at Decathlon Italia. Chiara completed a Bachelor's degree in Languages, Literatures, and Germanic Linguistics at Università degli Studi di Bergamo from 2010 to 2014 and furthered education at The University of Göttingen from 2011 to 2012.
