Mohamed Latib, Ph.D has a long and varied career in the business and education fields. In 1990, they began their career as Vice President for Strategic Development at DeSales University, where they provided leadership for the design, development and growth of the MBA Program on multiple campuses in Pennsylvania, Peru and Romania. Mohamed also designed and implemented online MBA programs and undergraduate courses, and established partnerships with international institutions in India, Peru, Italy, Germany and Romania. In 1999, they co-founded and became Chief Customer Officer of PeriscopeIQ, Inc., an industry leading Customer and Employee Engagement Solutions company.
In 2009, they became Professor and Dean of the School of Business and Center for Lifelong Learning at Gwynedd-Mercy University, where they oversaw the undergraduate and graduate programs for traditional and non-traditional students, as well as faculty development and teaching quality. Mohamed also arranged for international teaching opportunities and achieved approvals for new campus and graduate management programs.
In 2011, they were appointed President of the Pennsylvania Council for International Education, and also began teaching online courses in International Business and Diversity in Business at Penn State University. In 2015, they founded and became CEO of CX University, which offers talent development in the Customer Experience discipline. CX University offers online courses, e-learning modules, and action learning workshops to build talent eco-systems in customer experience, patient experience, student experience, and member experience.
In 2018, they became an Adjunct Professor at Moravian University, and in 2019, they became a Member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In 2020, they also became a Member of the American Marketing Association.
Mohamed Latib, Ph.D. obtained their MS in Psychology from Punjab University between 1972 and 1974. Mohamed then attended Fox School of Business at Temple University, where they earned an MBA and PhD in HR, OB and Management between 1976 and 1989. Mohamed also completed certifications from IBM as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner in February 2022, and from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as a CXPA Professional Member in September 2011.
