William Stalvey, GLA, CFC

William Stalvey has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. William began their career as an Intern on the Marketing Team at Ridgefield Hedge Fund in 2005. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Intern: Licensed Insurance Rep at Northwestern Mutual, where they obtained licenses and joined a top-rated internship program. In 2011, they served as an Operations Manager at Scalzo Property Preservation. In 2013, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Business Analyst, supporting consultants in client projects related to health and group benefit programs. William also performed benchmarking analysis and financial modeling. William held the position until 2016. During the same period, they also worked at Lennox International as a Sr. Business Analyst for a short period. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Southwest, starting as an Account Manager and later becoming a Senior Account Manager. Since 2019, they have been with CXC Solutions, starting as a Senior Sales Executive and progressing to Director of Sales and eventually Senior Director of Sales.

William Stalvey earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Flexible Compensation from the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation in September 2021, and in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance from the Texas Department of Insurance in June 2014.
