Mike Cross

Mike Cross has an extensive background in customer experience strategy and revenue enablement. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Accenture, Mike also holds advisory roles, including Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder at CXera, and Strategic Advisor at Sales Enablement Group. Additionally, Mike contributes to the Advisory Board at Rutgers University. Prior experience includes leading revenue enablement at AppOmni. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
