Sagar Borikar

Sagar Borikar is a system architect and principal engineer at Unified Computing System (UCS), Cisco with expertise in PCI express and IO subsystems. He is leading PCIe architecture and design of the virtual interface cards (VIC) for last several years. He has authored or co-authored 18 patents in low latency networking and storage subsystems, RDMA, multi-host modular servers, several of them are based on PCI express. He has been focusing on disaggregated storage, GPUs and network and computation storage defining the strategy for next generation server ecosystems.
