Fathiya Uzma Iskandar

Fathiya Uzma Iskandar serves as the Head of Human Resources at CXM since September 2022, bringing significant experience in administrative and HR roles. Previously, Fathiya held the position of Admin/HR Manager at CDG Global from January 2022 to September 2022 and worked as an Admin/HR Executive at PU Architects Sdn Bhd from June 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included conducting internal audits, drafting employment handbooks, and managing company documentation. Fathiya's early career included a role as a Legal Clerk at Noreliza & Associates in early 2017, where tasks involved preparing legal agreements and managing confidential client files. Fathiya holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and a Diploma in Business Studies, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
