Sumi Bhuyan, PhD, is a data scientist at CXO Nexus, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Sumi served as a researcher and assistant professor in the Department of Physics at Digboi College. Sumi's academic journey includes a postdoctoral fellowship in experimental physics at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Mumbai from November 2016 to December 2017, following an integrated PhD in semiconductor spectroscopy from the Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) in Kolkata, completed in October 2016.
