Jimmy Exenover Espinosa Lopez has a diverse range of work experience in various IT roles. Jimmy Exenover is currently the IT Director LatAm at Emergent Cold LatAm. Prior to this, they worked as a member of the board of directors for CIO Forum Colombia at CxOforum. Jimmy Exenover also held the position of Head of IT, BPO & CX at DHL Global Forwarding. Before that, Jimmy worked at Otis Elevator Co. as the Digital Manager for Colombia and the Deployment Management Lead for Latin America. Jimmy Exenover was responsible for leading strategic IT planning, change management, and the provision of IT services and solutions. In addition, they worked as the IT Coordinator at FERRERO LADM, where they implemented IT service models and processes based on best practices and reduced costs in telecommunications. Jimmy also served as the IT Leader at Ramshorn International, overseeing project management methodologies and the implementation of an ERP system. Prior to that, they were the CIO at Mitsubishi Electric, where they implemented IT infrastructure, security measures, and a web interface for online collections. Jimmy Exenover started their career as a Network Administrator at Servibanca and as a Project and Support Engineer at CompuRedes S.A.

Jimmy Exenover Espinosa Lopez has a diverse education history in the field of telecommunications and information technology. Jimmy Exenover obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Management in Information Technologies from Universidad de León from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Specialist degree in Mobile Telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, from 2005 to 2006 and 2000 to 2005 respectively. Additionally, they earned certifications in networking and inter-networking from Cisco Systems in 2000 and in Windows 2000/2003 networking from Microsoft in the same year. Furthermore, they started their educational journey with a Technologist degree in Electronics from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, which they completed from 1996 to 2000.
