Gaurishankar V has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gaurishankar is currently serving as the Head of Partnership for Retail and India Operations at CXsphere since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Ciphercode from September 2019 to April 2021. Gaurishankar also held the position of GM Supply Chain at Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. from December 2018 to September 2019. Gaurishankar has also worked at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as the Head of Supply Chain for Forever 21 India from August 2016 to November 2018. Before that, they worked at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle as a Business Excellence professional from February 2013 to July 2016. Gaurishankar was responsible for driving business excellence maturity, managing continuous improvement programs, and driving sustainability initiatives in the area of packaging.
