Bruce H Potter PMP has worked in the IT industry since 1999. Bruce H began their career at Propertyline International as a Programmer/Analyst. In 2001, they moved to Compaxion Technologies, Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst, where they built a database compression system. In 2002, they became the Lead Programmer at Proxity Digital Networks, where they were responsible for custom website development and server management on the LAMP platform. In 2004, they became the Manager of Application Research & Development at Home Franchise Concepts, where they gathered requirements and generated specifications. In 2010, they were hired as IT Director at Nutri-Health Supplements, where they supervised a cross-functional staff of four. In 2013, they took a similar role as IT Director at NaturMed Inc. In 2016, they became the Executive Vice President of Technical Operations at The Old West Gaming Company, LLC, where they designed and developed websites, created multiple game simulations, and completed multiple mathematical analyses. In 2017, they were hired as IT Director at WEVO Global. Finally, in 2018, they became the Director of Dedicated and Enterprise Services and Account Services Manager at CXT Software, where they managed, mentored, and measured employee performance, provided career planning and employee guidance, and performed the job functions of the Account Manager and Technical Account Manager roles.

Bruce H Potter PMP completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Coastline College. In 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In 2016, they obtained a Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute\u2122.
