Paul Hatty

Paul Hatty serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CXtec since April 2024, following a tenure as Chief Financial Officer at ShelterLogic from November 2019 to April 2024. With extensive experience in finance leadership, Paul has held significant roles at organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities as a Board Member, Byrne Dairy as Chief Financial Officer, and Multi Packaging Solutions as Vice President of Finance. Previous positions include Vice President and CFO of North America at Chesapeake Pharmaceutical Packaging, Controller of Joint Ventures at Carrier Corporation, and General Manager of North America Bus Air Conditioning at Carrier. Paul holds an MBA in Management from Purdue University and a BA in Accounting and French from Hillsdale College.
