Luis Chavez

Luis Chavez is a Mechanical Design Engineer currently employed at Daikin Comfort since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading the design process, managing product modifications, and enhancing safety in residential package units. In addition to engineering work, Luis serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Cy-Fair Fire Department and has previous experience at National Oilwell Varco, focusing on subsea oil and gas excavation equipment design. Luis has held various roles, including Field Service Technician and Staff Environmental Scientist, demonstrating a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and environmental science.
