Tambre’ C. Moten

Tambre' C. Moten has a diverse work experience. From 2023, they have been serving as the Director of Human Resources at Cy-Fair Fire Department. Prior to this, they had a long and successful career in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where they held various roles including Reserve Unit Administrative Petty Officer, Reserve Unit Administrative Office Manager, and Reserve Unit Assistant Leading Petty Officer. Tambre’ C. Moten, MSODL, also served as Personnel Administration/Supply/Fleet Manager and Training Department Manager during their tenure as Active Duty Full-Time Support Staff. In 2018, Tambre' joined Houston Airport System as a Senior Staff Analyst, specializing in the Airport Disability Compliance Program, and later served as a Staff Analyst and HR Business Partner. Tambre’ C. Moten, MSODL, also worked as a Management Analyst at the City of Houston and held roles at BNSF Railway as a Planner/Project Budget Estimator and Manpower Planner.

Tambre’ C. Moten earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the same university. Tambre’ C. Moten, MSODL, has also obtained several certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2019, the International Public Management Association for Human Resources Certified Senior Professional (IPMA-SCP) in 2023, and various certificates in diversity and inclusion, customer service, and ADA coordinator training from different institutions. Additionally, they hold a Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI Eligible) from the US Navy, obtained in 2016.
