Alan McConnell has extensive experience in customer success and digital forensics, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Cyacomb since October 2019, where previous roles included Customer Success Manager and Forensic Advisor. Prior to joining Cyacomb, Alan worked at Police Scotland from January 2008 to October 2019 as a Detective and Digital Forensic Analyst, showcasing a strong background in law enforcement and forensic analysis. Alan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Security & Digital Forensics from Edinburgh Napier University.
