Lance Han

Lance Han is the current CEO and Chairman at Cyagen Biosciences. Lance has also served as the Chairman at Cyagen Biosciences for 16 years and 6 months. Prior to that, they were the 主任 (Director) at 清华珠三角研究院人工智能创新中心 (Tsinghua University Pearl River Delta Research Institute of Artificial Intelligence Innovation) for 4 years and 7 months. Before their work in academia, Lance Han worked as a designer at Alcatel for 5 years where they did hardware design and product engineering.

Lance Han attended Queen's University, McGill University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied mechanical engineering. Lance received their MBA from Queen's University in 2005.
