Luis Angel Monge Rios

Luis Angel Monge Rios has work experience in the field of engineering support and integration. Luis Angel worked as an Engineer Support & Integration at CYAN Security Group GmbH from July 2016 onwards. In this role, they supported servers from DELL and HP with virtualization VMware solution in MVNO's networks and resolved tickets for troubleshooting 2G, 3G, and LTE for MOC, SMS, and Data. Luis Angel also performed preventive and corrective maintenance for servers, databases, and applications.

Prior to that, Luis worked at Huawei Technologies from November 2011 to July 2016 as an Engineer Support AMS. Luis Angel also performed tasks related to patching, upgrading, rectifying, and maintaining various server components. Additionally, they were involved in the upgrade, transition, and migration of core network equipment for AT&T Consolidation tasks between Nextel and Iusacel.

From 2004 to 2010, Luis Angel Monge Rios attended the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniero en Comunicaciones y Electrónica.
