Hartono Wijaya

Hartono Wijaya has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Hartono started their career in 2008 with Orica, where they held various management roles including WA Regional Manager, Botany Site Manager, and Yarwun Operations Manager. In 2016, they joined PT Kaltim Nitrate Indonesia as the Site Director. Hartono was responsible for site management for the Bontang Ammonium Nitrate Site and was seconded from Orica. Wijaya then returned to Orica in 2018 as the Value Stream Senior Manager - Chemicals. Currently, they are working at Cyanco as the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategy since 2021.

Hartono Wijaya completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Finance from the University of Melbourne, studying from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as identifying target market, pricing strategy, economics for business leaders, strategic planning, problem and solution statements crafting, culture of Kaizen, continuous improvement (Blinkist Summary), global strategy, Lean Six Sigma foundations, the 45-Minute Business Plan, and the six morning habits of high performers. These certifications were obtained in 2021.
