Roman Gebhardt

Roman Gebhardt has a diverse work experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, data science, and music information retrieval. Roman is currently working as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at Cyanite.ai since April 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Data Science at Cyanite.ai from January 2020 to April 2021. Before joining Cyanite.ai, they worked as a Data Scientist at Groovecat from October 2018 to December 2018. Roman also has experience in academia, as they worked as a Scientific Staff at Technische Universität Berlin from July 2019 to November 2020, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from June 2017 to June 2019. Roman has also served as a Trainee Music Information Retrieval at Native Instruments from September 2016 to March 2017, and interned at the Sound and Music Computing Group at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory from February 2015 to June 2015.

Roman Gebhardt pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elektro- und Informationstechnik at the Technical University of Munich from 2011 to 2015. Roman then went on to acquire a Master of Science degree in Audiokommunikation from the Technische Universität Berlin between 2015 and 2018.
