Andrew Troyer

Andrew Troyer is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect at Cyara since September 2025. Previously, Andrew held the position of Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager at Talkdesk from January 2022 to May 2025, where support was provided to SE teams across the U.S. At Frontier Communications, Andrew served as Solutions Engineering Manager, leading nationwide Senior Sales Engineers and contributing to over $70 million in annual contract revenue, while also developing a Managed Services portfolio using Agile methodologies. Earlier roles included Senior Network Sales Engineer and Sales and Service Technician at Frontier, as well as Customer Zone Technician and Retail Sales Consultant at Verizon. Andrew earned an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute-South Bend.
