Gauthier Delmee

Gauthier Delmee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Gauthier started their career at Prior, where they had various roles as a Genesys Technical Lead and Web Developer.

In 2001, Gauthier joined Dimension Data as a Solution Architect and held this position until 2005. During this time, they were promoted to additional responsibilities for the Singapore operations and successfully negotiated a $1M contract with a VIP client, DHL.

Gauthier continued their career at Dimension Data as a Genesys Team Lead in 2007 and developed leadership skills while overseeing a team of engineers. Gauthier also worked at Telstra as a CTI Solution Architect, where they developed diverse solutions including Genesys to Siebel integrations and voice platform integrations.

In 2008, Gauthier joined Genesys as a Professional Services Consultant before being promoted to the role of Professional Services Principal Consultant. In this position, they brought extensive leadership experience and expertise, leading high volume and complex projects. Gauthier collaborated with the sales department to ensure successful implementation of Genesys solutions for customers from various sectors including government, insurance, telecomm, and banking.

Gauthier then worked for Telstra as an Integration Architect from 2010 to 2013. Gauthier was personally requested to be hired, based on their previous notable success as a contractor and a history of high levels of VIP client satisfaction.

In 2012, Gauthier founded Expectancy, where they served as the Founder until 2016.

Gauthier's most recent role was at Cyara, where they held the positions of Principal Consultant, Domain Consultant, and Senior Product Owner. As a Principal Consultant, they leveraged their global experience to specialize in pre-sales and delivery for VIP clients. As a Domain Consultant, they worked with Cyara's strategic customers to assess and innovate CX development and monitoring capabilities. In their current role as a Senior Product Owner, they utilize their expertise to drive product advancement and success.

Gauthier Delmee began their education in 1996 at the Université libre de Bruxelles, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. Gauthier completed their Bachelor's Degree in 1997. Following that, in 1997-1998, Gauthier attended ISIPH and obtained an Associate's Degree in Industrial Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Gauthier has obtained various certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. In December 2019, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification. In February 2020, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner. Moving ahead, in June 2021, Gauthier achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, in September 2021, they completed the PMC Level I and PMC Level II certifications from Pragmatic Institute. Most recently, in March 2022, they obtained certifications in Presentation Principles: Delivery, Presentation Principles: Story, and Presentation Principles: Visuals from Duarte, Inc.
