Jeremy Albert

Jeremy Albert is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer experience assurance and telecommunications. Since May 2016, Jeremy has been serving as a Sr Technology Consultant at Cyara, a leading CX Assurance platform provider, where responsibilities include measuring operational customer experience and identifying customer-impacting defects. Prior to this, Jeremy held the position of Senior Technology Engineer at Travelers from February 2013 to May 2016 and worked as a Telecom Engineer at Open Solutions between April 2007 and February 2013, supporting full voice network infrastructure. Jeremy's educational background includes a diploma from Manchester Community College and a diploma from Rockville High School.
