Prasad Jain has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Prasad started their career in 2005 as a Customer Support Engineer at Enkay Technologies India Pvt. Limited. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer - IVR at VoiceGate Technologies India P Ltd. Prasad then joined ETech Solutions Pvt. Ltd Pune as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer from 2008 to 2010. Prasad then transitioned to Cellcast Interactive India Pvt Ltd as an Asst. Manager, where they worked from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they joined ValueFirst Mobility Vision as an Asst. Manager until they moved to their current position at Cyara in 2014. At Cyara, they have held multiple roles, including Comprehensive Automated Customer Experience Executive and Comprehensive Automated Customer Experience Testing.

Prasad Jain attended Amravati University from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication. During the same time period, they also studied at Government College Of Engineering Amarawati and achieved a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunications. Prasad Jain holds additional certifications as a Cyara Certified Guru (Platform Essentials), which they obtained from Cyara in November 2020, and as a Cyara Guru, obtained in November 2017 from the same institution.
