Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Client Services & Performance Supervisor to lead client relationships, drive service excellence, and oversee employee performance and development at a senior level. This role demands a proactive leader who excels in problem-solving, fosters strong internal and external partnerships, and ensures adherence to high-level company policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Leadership: Develop and maintain high-value client partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Customer Satisfaction: Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and optimizing service experience.
- Policy & Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and industry best practices, while identifying opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Advanced Employee Development & Mentorship: Collaborate with HR to implement high-impact coaching and professional development programs that align with business goals.
- Executive Performance Management: Drive and oversee performance management processes, delivering structured feedback and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Senior Leadership & Governance: Maintain executive-level leadership in all performance discussions, ensuring a structured, fair, and strategic approach to employee management.
- High-Level Problem-Solving: Anticipate business challenges, drive data-driven solutions, and implement continuous improvements in client service operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive and operational teams to align service delivery with company-wide strategies.
- Account Growth & Strategic Retention: Identify and implement strategies to expand service offerings, maximize client value, and ensure long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in client services, account management, or a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-level performance management, including executive coaching, talent development, and structured feedback mechanisms.
- Deep understanding of corporate policies, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to maintain executive leadership boundaries while fostering a culture of professional growth.
- Strategic, data-driven decision-maker with strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage at all business levels.
- Strong organizational and operational acumen, with experience managing complex, high-value client accounts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with Australian clients and global markets is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City
