Brian Rosol

Brian Rosol is a senior operations professional with experience in law enforcement, business operations and management, and coaching. Brian has held roles at Cyber Defense Labs since 2021, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Client Delivery, and Risk Management Analyst. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Deputy Sheriff - Patrol at Garfield County Govt., CO, where they were responsible for ethically and empathetically engaging with citizens to build trust and community relations while upholding the laws and Constitution of the United States of America and the State of Colorado. Brian also led a team in analyzing, diagnosing and orchestrating the overhaul of the Garfield County Sheriff\u2019s Office hiring system. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Owner, Operator, and Manager of Flatirons Performance LLC. From 2013 to 2014, they were the General Manager and Head Coach of Flatirons CrossFit, where they were responsible for leading and coaching the majority of Group Classes, conducting 1-1 training sessions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Brian Rosol is currently enrolled at Southern Methodist University, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to this, they attended Northeastern University from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master's degree in Military Strategic Intelligence. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2012. Brian has also obtained certifications from the State of Colorado (Police Officer/Law Enforcement Officer/Peace Officer Certification) in 2018, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Defensive Tactics Instructor) and the Dolan Consulting Group (Verbal De-escalation - Surviving Verbal Conflict).
