Rodney Decarteret

Rodney DeCarteret, MBA, serves as the President and CEO of IMTS - Innovative Management & Technology Services, LLC since August 2021, and is the founding President of Cyber Defense Solutions, LLC since June 2008, where responsibilities include achieving sales and profitability objectives. With extensive experience in cybersecurity and incident response, previous roles include leading the US-CERT Digital Analytics Branch, serving as a Lead Security Engineer at the US Senate, and holding senior positions across various organizations such as Northrop Grumman and the US Army. Rodney DeCarteret’s academic background includes an MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University and further studies in telecom, forensics, and security at George Mason University.
