Michele Jacoby

Michele Jacoby has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michele started their career in 1997 at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2013. Following that, they joined the PA Fish & Boat Commission, initially serving as the Chief Engineer and later becoming the Director of the Bureau of Engineering Construction & Maintenance. In 2018, Michele became the Chief Operating Officer of RenXTech, LLC, a position they held until 2023. During this time, they also served as the Director of Operations - Intelligence at RenXTech and Buchanan & Edwards. Currently, Michele is the Director of Operations at Cyber Defense Technologies, a role they have held since 2023. Their experience includes managing divisions, staff, dams, buildings, public access facilities, roads, bridges, and overseeing project management.

Michele Jacoby pursued their education from 1995 to 1999 at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
