Adi Kot Layani is a Human Resources Specialist at Cyber Education Center since December 2018, responsible for the entire recruiting process, including job description development, candidate screening, and contract closure, while also contributing to employee welfare and HR processes. Previously, Adi served as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at Calanit- Make IT Simple from February 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included mass recruiting for technical positions, managing candidate relations, and conducting evaluations. Adi began the recruitment career as a Recruiter at ISPC from 2014 to 2015. Adi holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Communication from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned between 2011 and 2014.
