Shikhar Singh

Shikhar Singh is an experienced professional in the field of culture and talent management, currently serving as the India Lead for Culture and Talent Management at CG Infinity since April 2023. In addition, Shikhar is actively involved as a Community Builder at The Talent Deck, facilitating peer learning in the startup ecosystem, and has provided mentorship and subject matter expertise at The Shape of Work. Previously, Shikhar held various significant HR roles, including Head of Human Resources at Cutshort, Human Resources Director at Sociowash, and Senior Human Resources Manager at GigIndia, where major achievements include the design and implementation of performance management systems and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
