Francis de Vera has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Project Engineer at New San Jose Builders Inc., where they supervised work and handled materials procurement for architectural finishing of facilities. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Project Engineer at Robinsons Land Corporation, involved in project coordination and site works for two malls. In 2018, they worked as a Project Officer at Ortigas & Company, and from 2019 to 2020, they were a Project Management Expert at Quantus Business Services Inc., overseeing multiple KFC and Mister Donut store projects. In 2020, they served as an Assistant Project Manager at SMDC The Good Guys! and in 2021, they became a Site Development Senior Associate at Grab. Francis'smost recent role is as a Cyber Resilience Assistant at Cyber Rescue Alliance, where they analyze data breaches and trends in cyber security. In 2023, they are set to become an Operations Manager at AsiaproPH.

Francis de Vera pursued their higher education from 2011 to 2015 at De La Salle University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in May 2020.
