Lokke Moerel

Lokke Moerel serves as Senior Of Counsel in the global privacy & security team at Morrison & Foerster LLP since February 2015. In addition to this role, Moerel is a Professor of Global ICT Law at Tilburg University and has held various advisory positions, including Member of the Dutch Monitoring Committee for Corporate Governance and the Cyber Security Council, alongside recent appointments to the Supervisory Board of the Dutch Security TechFund and the Strategic Advisory Council for AI Coalitie 4 Nederland. With a strong academic background, including a PhD from Tilburg University and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, Moerel actively contributes to cybersecurity and corporate governance initiatives while engaging in thought leadership through multiple advisory roles.
