Jorge Presa

Jorge Presa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jorge started their career in 1998 as a Manufacturing and Commissioning Engineering at Talgo. In 2000, they joined CEIT as a Research and development projects Manager. Concurrently, they also worked as a Lecturer at Tecnun in Universidad de Navarra. In 2005, they founded and became CEO of Atica Innovation S.A., a position they held until 2007. Jorge then joined ALCAD Electronics S.L. as the "\"Solutions\" Business Unit Director" from 2007 to 2011, and later as the Sales Director from 2012 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2018, they worked at EGILE, first as the General Manager Spin-off HTS and then as the R&D and Entrepreneurship Director. Currently, they hold the position of CEO at Cyber Surgery, a position they have held since November 2017.

Jorge Presa's education history is as follows:

- From 2011 to 2013, Jorge attended Mondragon Unibertsitatea, where they earned an EMBA (Executive Master Business Administration) degree.

- From 2002 to 2005, Jorge studied at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, pursuing a Telecommunication Engineering Master Degree (Ing Superior en Telecomunicación).

- Between 2000 and 2003, Jorge pursued a Philosophy Doctor (PhD) at the University of Navarra.

- From 1996 to 1998, Jorge attended Universidad de Valladolid, where they obtained an Electronics Engineering Master Degree (Ing. Superior en Electrónica).

- Lastly, from 1992 to 1996, Jorge studied at Universidad de Valladolid, completing a Telecommunication Engineering Degree (Ing. Técnica Telecomunicación).

In addition to their formal education, Jorge has obtained certification in coaching for team work. This certification, titled "Programa de certificación en coaching de equipos: el arte de trabajar en y con equipos. 13ª edición," was obtained from Emana Formación in December 2021.
