Camelia Bica

Camelia Bica is an experienced professional in the compensation and incentives domain, currently serving as the Global Incentives Manager at CyberArk since March 2022. Prior to this role, Camelia held various positions at PTC from October 2009 to February 2022, culminating in the role of Compensation Director, where responsibilities included managing the Field Incentive team and collaborating with leadership, HR, and Finance to develop effective incentive programs. Earlier in Camelia's career, substantial experience was gained at Hewlett-Packard from October 2006 to October 2009 as a Reporting Analyst, focusing on project-based and recurrent reporting activities. Camelia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați and a high school diploma in Informatics from Radu Negru, Galati.
