Erica Smith

Erica Smith serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at CyberArk since October 2015, where responsibilities expanded to include Treasury alongside financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Investor Relations, and ESG. Prior roles at CyberArk also included Senior Vice President positions overseeing FP&A and leading the Investor Relations and ESG initiatives, where notable achievements involved the establishment of the company's inaugural investor relations and ESG programs. Previous experience encompasses roles at Demandware as Vice President of Investor Relations, where Erica contributed to the company’s initial public offering, and positions at Boston Private Financial Holdings, Network Engines, StorageNetworks, Sharon Merrill Associates, and Lehman Brothers, which highlight a strong foundation in investor relations and public relations. Erica Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and has completed programs through Wharton Executive Education.
