Hila Lahav Rice

Hila Lahav Rice is an experienced Agile Coach and Program Manager currently leading the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies at CyberArk since December 2021. Previously, Hila served as a Project Manager at Argus Cyber Security Ltd. and as Director of R&D Process Management at Cellebrite, focusing on continuous improvement within R&D teams. Hila's extensive background includes roles as a Process & Agile Program Manager at AT&T, where significant organizational transformations were achieved, and as a freelance Process Consultant, assisting SMBs in enhancing their software delivery processes. Hila also has experience with Microsoft as a Technical Specialist and has held product management positions at Head-On and Tescom. Hila holds a B.A. in Social Studies from Bar-Ilan University and is a certified Scrum Master.
