Mark Nijdam is an experienced professional in customer success and identity management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for EMEA at CyberArk since February 2014. Nijdam oversees a team of 9 Customer Success Managers, having previously held roles such as Team Lead for the DACH & North Europe regions and Technical Account Manager. Prior to CyberArk, Nijdam worked at Quest Software/Dell Software as a Professional Services Consultant, focusing on identity management solutions, and as a Senior Consultant at Novell. Nijdam began a career at BT as a Security Research Professional, contributing to collaborative research projects in security and identity management. Nijdam holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Twente.
