Jacqui Maclean is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Similarweb since October 2024. Previously, Jacqui held various leadership roles at Playable (formerly Leadfamly) from August 2019 to October 2024, including Head of Enterprise Customers and Enterprise Delivery Director/Regional Manager for Customer Success in Europe. During this time, Jacqui played a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of the Leadfamly platform for key international accounts and developing strategies for customer engagement.
