Filipa Santos has diverse work experience in various customer success, account management, and marketing roles. Filipa is currently working at Beyond as a Senior Customer Success Associate, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amenitiz as a Customer Success Specialist from December 2019 to July 2021. In 2017, Filipa attended UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto for a short period of time, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. From 2017 to 2019, they completed their education at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) by obtaining a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce.

Additionally, Filipa has obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in September 2019 and a Cambridge School English Certificate from Cambridge School in 2012.
