Sapir Himelfarb

Sapir Himelfarb is a skilled compensation and benefits professional with extensive experience in managing compensation processes and analyzing employment terms. Currently serving as the Global Compensation and Benefits Partner at CyberArk since February 2023, Himelfarb is responsible for the implementation of a new compensation tool, leading the global annual merit process, and introducing updated pay-for-performance models. Prior experience includes roles at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as a Compensation Benefits Analyst, and at לוין אילן יעוץ וניהול בע"מ as a C&B and HR Analyst. Additionally, Himelfarb held significant roles in the Israel Defence Forces, including Head of Salary and HR Budget for the Navy, where data-driven predictions informed strategic HR decisions.
