Michael Favila

Michael Favila is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining web applications and databases. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Director at CyberBalance, LLC since December 2009, Michael is responsible for creating and updating application code for the Cyberscope web application for the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to this, Michael held roles as a Senior PHP Web Developer at Ki, LLC, and as a Senior Software Engineer at LexisNexis, where significant contributions included developing ECL code for data management on supercomputers. Earlier experience includes software engineering positions at Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and CACI, with a strong background in various programming languages and database technologies. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from James Madison University, complemented by studies in English.
