Oleksandr Breslavets

Oleksandr Breslavets is a Lead Software Test Automation Engineer at EPAM Systems since December 2018, with extensive experience in quality engineering and test automation. In the current role, Oleksandr acts as Test Manager for a program managing five projects and 16 teams with a total of 35 test engineers, focusing on implementing, migrating, and upgrading complex HR Management Solutions. Previous roles include Senior Software Test Automation Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed improving custom tools and mentoring newcomers. Additionally, Oleksandr serves as QA Training Program Manager at Cbsystematics Development, creating a comprehensive "QA Engineer" program. A lecturer for courses on test automation and author of several video courses, Oleksandr has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute."
