Jennifer Jones has a solid work experience with multiple roles in various companies. Jennifer started their career in 2015 as an Operations Technician at CineBistro, where they were responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining digital projection and audio equipment. Jennifer also managed the box office ticketing system and coordinated facility maintenance. In 2017, they joined Capital One as a Senior Coordinator in Help Desk Support, providing level 1 and 2 technical support to over 10,000 users and ensuring quick resolution of reported issues. In 2020, they moved to KnowBe4 and held multiple roles, including Tech Support, Tier 1, and Core Support Technician. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Cyberbit as a Customer Support specialist.
