Ankitkumar Patel

Ankitkumar Patel has extensive work experience in the field of IT support and networking. Ankitkumar began their career at Silver Touch Technologies Ltd in 2010 as a Network Engineer, where they gained valuable experience in managing and maintaining network systems. In 2012, Ankitkumar joined Sophos as a Sr. Global Escalation Engineer, where they provided high-level technical support for global clients. Ankitkumar then progressed to the role of Team Lead, Global Escalation Support at Sophos in 2019. Throughout their career, Ankitkumar has demonstrated a strong expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
