Vivi C. began their work experience in 2011 as an International Sales and Marketing Assistant at Pinzaan Limited. In 2012, they worked as a Merchandising Assistant at Li & Fung Limited. Vivi then interned as a Product Development Intern at Theory in 2016 before freelancing as a Material Sourcing Specialist at Marc Jacobs International, LLC. Later in 2016, they worked as an Editorial Sample Coordinator at Saks Fifth Avenue and as an Assistant Product Developer at Theory. From 2017 to 2018, Vivi served as a Marketing Manager at the Fashion Institute of Taipei, Taiwan Textile Federation. Finally, they joined Cyberbiz in 2019 as an E-commerce Consultant, where they worked with notable clients and achieved positive sales growth.

Vivi C. has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study and institutions. In 2003, they attended Dover College in the United Kingdom where they obtained a Certificate in the Project International Summer School Language Programme. Vivi then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature at Fu Jen Catholic University from 2008 to 2012. Continuing their education, Vivi attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Fashion Business Management and Fashion Styling. During the same period, they also attended New York University's School of Professional Studies to enhance their skills in Advanced Excel. In 2016, Vivi briefly attended Baruch College, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
