Rik Cardiff has over 20 years of experience in the field of learning technologies. Rik began their career in 1999 as the Director/e-Learning Developer at Corporate Communications Interactive. In 2000, they moved to CBC Television as a Web Producer. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Senior e-Learning/Flash Developer at Docworks CPTI Inc., The Wired Schoolhouse, and Interactive Solutions New Media. In 2006, they also began freelance work as an e-Learning/Flash Developer at Redwood. From 2009 to 2014, Rik worked at HORN as the Director of Development and Manager of Technology, eLearning Specialist. In 2014, they became the Chief Technology Officer at EVC Consulting. Most recently, in 2021, Rik was appointed as the Vice President of Learning Technologies at cyberconIQ.

Rik Cardiff attended the International Academy of Design from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Digital Media Design & Technology with a focus on Digital Media Design, Computer Programming & Development, and Audio Engineering & Production. Rik Cardiff also attended Loyalist Collegate & Vocational Institute from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a degree in Digital Media Design.
