Megan Hata

Megan Hata has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Megan started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Big Steaks Management, LLC in 2004, where they handled various tasks such as maintaining personnel records, completing unemployment paperwork, and processing background checks. Megan also took care of vendor payments, reimbursement requests, and employee contact information updates. Megan then moved on to Pounder, Inc. in 2006, where they served as an Office/HR Assistant and worked closely with the Front of House and Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at The Mergis Group, where they were responsible for updating employee handbooks, responding to HR inquiries, reviewing job applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting new employee orientations. Megan's most recent role was as a Project Coordinator at CyberCore Technologies, where they utilized their organizational and coordination skills.
