Paul Haynes

Paul Haynes has extensive work experience in project management, particularly in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Paul worked as a Cybersecurity Project Manager at the US Department of Commerce for the company CyberCore Technologies from December 2018 onwards. Before that, they held the role of Information Technology Project Manager for various companies on a short-term basis from July 2015 to December 2018.

Prior to this, Haynes served as an IT Project Manager for Acentia at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from November 2014 to July 2015. Paul also worked as an Engineering Project Manager for VT iDirect from October 2009 to November 2014.

Before entering the private sector, Haynes worked for the UK Ministry of Defence. Paul served as a UK MoD delegate under the Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program from October 2006 to October 2008. Additionally, they held roles such as Systems Engineer & Operational Research Analyst, Technical Process Coordinator, and Signature Analyst from May 1999 to May 2006.

Paul Haynes completed their undergraduate studies from 1994 to 1998 at The University of Manchester, where they earned a Master of Physics (Hons) degree with a focus on Physics with Astrophysics. More recently, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the University of Maryland Global Campus and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cybersecurity. In addition to their educational background, Paul Haynes has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016.
