Osnat Adler Tischler

Osnat Adler Tischler is an accomplished R&D Director with extensive experience in leading software engineering teams and managing complex projects. Currently at Cybereason since November 2021, Osnat oversees the Data Platform team, utilizing technologies such as Kafka, Aerospike, K8S, and ElasticSearch. Prior roles include serving as the Sandblast Mobile Infra Manager at Check Point Software Technologies, where leadership of AWS-hosted microservices was pivotal, and as Multi Core Infrastructure Team Leader, fostering backend server-side activities. Previous positions at Attenti Electronic Monitoring and 3M Electronic Monitoring involved leading multidisciplinary R&D teams, emphasizing technical RCA, resolution of escalated issues, and close collaboration with end-customers and management. Osnat's technical expertise spans full-stack development, including proficiency in C#, Java, Spring, and Python, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
