Reza Mahmoodshahi

Reza Mahmoodshahi currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of Strategic Finance at Cybereason, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Reza held various positions including Board Member at Cornell NorCal and was involved in Strategic Finance at Uber from December 2021 to August 2023. Reza's earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager in TMT at The Cayuga Fund and as a Valuation Consultant at The Carlyle Group. With a significant tenure at Colt Technology Services, Reza progressed from Specialist to Senior Manager in Deal Structuring. Reza holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, an A.B. in Economics, Magna cum Laude, from Cornell University, and a Master of Science in Logic and Computation from Carnegie Mellon University.
