Simon Williams is the Senior Technical Support Manager at Cybereason since January 2022, with a strong background in technical support roles. Previously, Simon held various leadership positions at McAfee for over two decades, including overseeing EMEA Endpoint Support and Gold Business Support. With experience managing teams and providing technical support for various companies such as SGI and Texas Instruments, Simon brings a wealth of expertise to their current role. Simon holds a 2.1 BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Sussex.
