Leif Buckner has over 25 years of work experience in the IT field. Leif began their career in 1996 as a Computer and Network Technician at Computers of Cleveland, where they provided end user support and performed on-site and in-shop service calls. In 1998, they became an Information Security Analyst at Life Care Centers of America, where they conducted daily security auditing and protected against malicious software. In 2008, they joined Comprehensive Care- Alleo Health System as a Network Analyst, where they installed and maintained Cisco and HP networks, troubleshot and repaired networks, and installed DSL, T1 and Metro-E connections. In 2014, they moved to Environmental Solutions Group as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they replicated NetApp SANs across states for DR, troubleshot MPLS networks, and upgraded and deployed WIFI controllers. In 2019, they joined Xpress Global Systems (XGSI) as a Server Administrator, where they administered Meraki across 30+ sites, monitored and built alerts, and designed ISPs and telcos from MPoE to demark. In 2021, they took on roles as both Technical Support Manager at J2 Global and Senior Manager Technical Support at CyberFortress.

Leif Buckner earned a Bachelor's degree from Lee University between 1989 and 1994.
